How to Create Fully Automated Ore Farm in Palworld?

Ore is an essential resource in Palworld that is refined into ingots to craft weapons, structures, and more. Manually mining ore deposits can be extremely tedious and time-consuming. To passively accumulate large quantities of ore, you can create a self-sufficient automated ore farm in Palworld, and here is how you do it.

How to Create an Ore Farm in Palworld

How to Create an Ore Farm in Palworld
  • Choosing the Right Location: The first step is finding a spot with multiple clustered ore deposits. Ideal locations are in the northwest deserts or on the Windswept Islands. Analyze the placement of the deposits and determine where to position your Pal Box to maximize coverage.
  • Building the Necessary Structures: Construct your Pal Box, encompassing as many deposits as possible. Place a Wooden Chest adjacent to the Pal Box, which will store your mined ore. Build Straw Beds, a Feed Box, and Plantations to keep your worker Pals energized and happy. A Hot Spring also helps Pals destress.
Use Pals to Smelt Ore into Ingots
  • Acquiring Worker Pals: You need Pals with Mining and Transporting Work Suitability. Obtain Digtoise, Dumud, or Tombat for mining. Have at least one Pal like Killamari to transport ore into the Chest. Higher-level Pals work faster.
  • Max Efficiency: Use a Furnace and Kindling Pal to refine ore into ingots on-site. Add more mining and transport Pals to speed up ore accumulation.
  • Passively Collecting Resources: Once set up, mining Pals will continuously extract ore, transport Pals will store it in the Chest, and ore deposits will respawn daily. You can passively amass more without any effort. When ready, fast-travel back to stash it.

Constructing this automated system takes some initial effort, but saves endless time mining manually. Utilize Palworld mechanics to effortlessly stockpile the ore you need!
